AI + Web3 · Hackathon Studio
We handle the tracks, the outreach, and the room on demo day.
What We Do
We bring developers from our 5,000+ AI and Web3 community, plus media, university, and partner channels across Asia. Real builders, not a rented list.
Tracks, judging criteria, prizes. Get this wrong and you get weekend demos. Get it right and builders keep working long after the event wraps.
Online AMAs, demo days, registration, judging logistics, marketing. We run every part of the event so you can focus on the work you're trying to fund.
Photo, video, design materials, and content production across the full event. The hackathon ends but your brand assets live on for the next program.
Track Record
Every hackathon we run is a full production. Here's the work.
Over 44 days, 021Lab recruited 450+ developers through media, university, and community partners, ran 4 online AMAs, and handled all content, design, and event photography. AI + human judging narrowed projects to 28 finalists at AWS Hong Kong's demo day, with 12 winning teams sharing a $40K USDT prize pool.

The Builder Network
We've spent years building a community of developers, founders, and researchers. Run an event with us and that community shows up.
About
021Lab is a small team based across Asia and North America. We design and run hackathons for AI and Web3 builders, handling everything from the planning call to demo day. We've put on events in multiple countries, grown a community of 5,000+ across five continents, and gotten pretty fast at all of it. We came up in this space. The community and the relationships were there before the company had a name.
